He will meet with President Raul Castro
LA PAZ, Bolivia, Wednesday, May 21st, 2008 (EDTA) – Today, Government official spokesman, Ivan Canelas, told local press President Evo Morales is expected to meet Wednesday with Cuban President Raul Castro as well as with his older brother Fidel.
Likewise, Cuban Granma newspaper reported that Evo Morales Ayma is to arrive in La Havana Wednesday afternoon on a working visit.
According to the daily, the Bolivian head of state’s visit is an expression of the unshakable ties of solidarity and brotherhood existing between the governments and peoples of both nations.
Canelas stated that Evo Morales would be back in Bolivia the same day at night and the day after would be on visit to Brasil to support the creation of the South America Nations League (UNASUR for spanish).
